Its a great autum day, fresh but warm and I am too lazy to work. Instead of being a good girl and continue buidling a website Im browsing dA and started daydreaming. AND: My cat is somehow thrilled. There was an inexplicable noise outside some hours ago and up to now he is thrilled, running with super big candy-eyes through the house searching for danger and hidding under the sofa as often as possible...

Back to earthy-fruity things! October is the month of apples and pears! In a few days I will start to collect all apples from our tress. Thats heavy and hard work. And then I will start to try some new recipes!! Last year I tried streusel-apple-cake, apple purée, baked apples with cranberries or marzipan with nuts, pancakes with caramelised vanilla-apples. Have you ever tried to make delicious apple chips? They are tasting fantastic and are easy to make.
And now Im searching for some new recipes. Have you some great ideas? Or old recipes of your grandma? I would love to try something new!
